University of Memphis graduate student Brittney Block will discuss her body of research into the issue of implementing a social media policy for an organization's employees. Her presentation will cover the importance of such a policy, the elements that make up a sound social media policy, the reasons why every organization needs one, and the building blocks that are necessary for it to be successful.
