The Memphis chapter of PRSA will honor Pat Halloran, president, The Orpheum Theatre, as the Communicator of the Year on Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012. This date is a change from the regularly scheduled monthly luncheons that are held on the second Wednesday each month. Please make a note of date change. There is a location change as well. Instead of Fogelman Executive Center, the luncheon will be held at the Holiday Inn-University of Memphis.

According to the Communicator of the Year nominating committee, Halloran was selected for not only his successful career with The Orpheum Theatre, but also his work in bringing Memphis: The MUSICAL to The Orpheum Theatre as the tour's first stop.
The presentation will include tributes to Halloran's career and his years of service to the arts in Memphis by special guests and colleagues and will begin at 11:45 a.m. To register, please click here.
