Scott Williams of Elvis Presley Enterprises draws record December attendance for PRSA Memphis
Scott Williams, vice president of Marketing and Media, Elvis Presley Enterprises, presented marketing and public relations strategies and tactics that help market Graceland and its attractions to the world at the December 2011 Memphis PRSA luncheon. Williams' presentation drew a record crowd of 70 for the Memphis chapter's December luncheon, which has traditionally had a lower attendance due to the holiday season.
In addition to traditional media, he discussed the heavy usage of social media and how it promotes not only the brand, but also special events, one of which is the upcoming 35th anniversary of the death of Elvis Presley.
