Established in 2024, the PRSA Memphis Scholarship supports and recognizes outstanding students who excel academically and are pursuing careers in public relations, communications, or related fields. As part of the PRSA Memphis Chapter’s mission to foster professional development and leadership, this $500 scholarship is awarded annually to deserving students.

Apply for the PRSA Memphis Scholarship

Applicants must submit the following by April 30, 2026:

1. Completed online application form.

2. A current academic transcript.

3. A resume.

4. A letter of recommendation written by a PRSSA faculty or professional adviser, academic adviser, or professor/instructor.

Eligibility

• Be a full-time, degree-seeking student (undergraduate or graduate) at one of these institutions:

• Baptist College of Health Sciences

• Christian Brothers University

• LeMoyne-Owen College

• Northwest Mississippi Community College

• Southwest Tennessee Community College

• Rhodes College

• Rust College

• Union University

• University of Memphis

• University of Mississippi

• University of Tennessee, Martin

• Demonstrate academic achievement.

• Major in public relations, communications, or a related field.
